
Charlie Taylor
PresidentThe chapter president is responsible for leading his brothers and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community and the university.The president oversees the executive board, which consists of the vice presidents of member development, recruitment, finance, communications, programming, SigEp learning community, and the chaplain. The president sets the strategic vision for the chapter and ensures that this vision aligns with SigEp’s mission and values. The President holds officers and members accountable to the actions that will fulfill this vision. In addition to this, the president coordinates and collaborates with the chapter’s volunteers, the university’s fraternity and sorority life staff and the regional director. The president works with the Vice President of Programming and Risk Management Chairman to foster a safe and healthy environment for your brothers and guests. The president also serves as the ritualistic president, assisting in the execution of the Ritual by supporting the planning of the Ritual and serving as the President during the Ritual.

Mal Webb
Vice President of ProgrammingThe Vice President of Programming is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events and functions. The VP of Programming is also the head of the programming committee. They play the main role in coordinating and scheduling a cohesive and balanced list of programs and events that accomplish organizational goals and align with SigEp’s mission and values. Additionally, the VP of Programming serves to improve and enhance the membership experience by supporting other areas of operations, as well as ensuring that brothers and guests are put in safe situations whenever they are attending a SigEp event.. This includes providing opportunity for service learning, philanthropy, and building of strong relationships through diverse events coordinated with other executive officers. They serve as the ritualistic Vice President and assume all duties in the absence of or the disability of the President.

Jacob Wilson
Vice President of SigEp Learning CommunitiesThe vice president of the Learning Community is responsible for creating a learning environment, either in the chapter facility or on campus, and ensuring that the space is used by faculty and university staff. A majority of housed chapter’s interaction takes place in a chapter home, and as such, it is the locus for programming that connects SigEp’s values with a university’s resources and faculty. The vice president of the Learning Community is the chief coordinator of the Learning Community program and is responsible for leading and implementing the Learning Community committee. Additionally, he is responsible for understanding and communicating to his chapter the various aspects of the Learning Community program.

Cam Murray
Vice President of FinanceThe Vice President of Finance's main role is to oversee the financial operations of the chapter. These include setting the chapter’s financial priorities and making strategic decisions about the allocation and management of resources, setting and managing the chapter’s financial activities throughout the year, communicating the current financial state to key stakeholders and communicate how the financial investment of members is being used to fund their experience, managing the chapter budget, collecting dues, and filing regularly with the IRS.

Jacob Wilson
Vice President of Member DevelopmentThe Vice President of Member Development (VPMD) oversees the development experience of each member of the chapter and provides support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. They are tasked with managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program, providing a positive fraternal experience, and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. They are responsible for the development and growth of the members in the chapter. The majority of the chapter’s development takes place in the Balanced Man Program. The VP of MD serves as the chief coordinator of this program and is responsible for leading and managing the development committee to provide a beneficial experience for every member.

Collin Flannery
Vice President of CommunicationThe vice president of communications is the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and the primary protector of the chapter’s brand as well as the Grand Chapter’s brand. By wielding tools like chapter sites and social media, they help to shape perception of the chapter and put its brand in a position to thrive on campus. The VP of Communications leads and manages the communications committee to ensure that the chapter’s voice is being heard and that its impact can spread further. Additionally, they keep the chapter informed of all upcoming events and chapter news, improve university relations with your chapter by sharing positive news about your chapter and its brothers, improve public perception of your chapter by sharing positive news with local news outlets, and support recruitment efforts by promoting a positive and accurate view of your chapter. Finally, they seek to coordinate with the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation (AVC) to provide news updates, photography and other materials that can be used in the chapter’s newsletter, and encourage alumni involvement by making sure the alumni know what the chapter is doing and how they can help.

Henry Fulton
Vice President of Recruitment
The vice president of recruitment drives the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, they ensure a great fraternity experience for their brothers and the long-term success of their chapter. They serve as the chairman of the recruitment committee, the coordinator for all recruitment training and education, the strategist for chapter growth and talent acquisition, the curator of potential new member list, and the liaison between chapter and Headquarters staff/university/volunteers for all recruitment topics.

Bryce Hines
ChaplainThe Chaplain is responsible for aligning the chapter’s standards with the Ritual and Grand Chapter policies, as well as reinforcing and upholding those standards. The Chaplain ensures that members understand what is expected of them early and consistently throughout their time with SigEp. The chaplain also leads and manages the standards board, which reinforces and upholds chapter standards by communicating expectations and facilitating trial and appeals procedures, as well as practicing and conducting the Ritual Rites of Passage. Finally, the chaplain serves as the expert on all Ritual matters. One of the primary roles of this position is to ensure the Ritual is conducted correctly.
